Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I honestly donβt know why this place has such high ratings. I personally thought this was the worst poke Iβve ever eaten. They didnβt tell me the rice was warm, which contrasted terribly with the rest of the ingredients. Or should I say the tiny amount of ingredients. Proportions were not it. Iβve been to many poke places and this one did us dirty. It was sometimes half of a tiny scoop which is already crazy, and extra charge for more. Tiniest portions of food and the eel sauce portion is laughable. Not good quality in taste, not good portions, and overall not a great atmosphere.

I found an insect in my poke bowl (see receipt), which is a serious food safety issue. I contacted the restaurant through their website immediately, but instead of taking action, they only responded asking for my account and location information β with no real follow-up or resolution after that. It has now been 2 days. I love the service there but hope they improve the hygiene. They claim that they sent an email to me but they didnβt and I contacted support with 2 follow up emails without their response.

Easily the best poke bowl I have ever eaten. You can make a custom bowl with so many toppings (with no extra charge) and the flavours are incredible. Itβs also all nut free which was such a relief for me. Will definitely return!

This location of Pokeworks is very hit or miss for me. I ordered a large bowl but their portioning here is not good and it ends up basically being the size of a regular bowl. Since this is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location, Iβm better off going to a different spot. Also please stop redirecting people to order either online or at the digital kiosk. I feel like human interaction with customers actually makes the experience more authentic.

I come to Pokeworks all the time, and every single day every member of the staff radiates positivity with very sweet and friendly vibes. The atmosphere they create is fresh as is the food- they have the best salmon here, everything is delicious!
